土建工程混凝土施工技术要点探讨

摘要 混凝土是现代化土建工程项目中最为常用的建筑材料之一,性能优越,对提升土建项目整体结构稳定性、延长使用年限,营造舒适居住环境具有重要意义。随着城市化进程的不断加快,高层以及超高层建筑比比皆是,混凝土施工技术以及质量控制对人们的生命财产安全以及建筑工程安全管理尤为重要。基于此,本文详细阐述混凝土的优点和缺点,并分析混凝土施工中出现的质量问题由此深入探讨混凝土施工技术要点,望予以借鉴和参考。 Concrete is one of the most commonly used building materials in modern civil engineering projects,with superior performance,which is of great significance for improving the overall structural stability of civil engineering projects,prolonging the service life and creating a comfortable living environment.With the continuous acceleration of urbanization process,high-rise and super high-rise buildings emerge successively,and concrete construction technology and quality control are particularly important for the safety of people’s lives and property and the safety management of construction engineering.Based on this condition,this paper elaborates on the advantages and disadvantages of concrete,and analyzes the quality problems in concrete construction,so as to deeply discuss the key points of concrete construction technology,hoping to provide reference.
