架空线路耐张线夹导通性的分段电阻判别法

摘要 当前架空线路耐张线夹导通性缺乏实用化的判断方法,难以对耐张线夹搭接和过热消缺进行必要的事中控制。通过对电阻试验判断法在实际应用的分析,提出了一种架空线路耐张线夹导通性的分段电阻判别法,该判别法通过局部导通性判据和局部电阻一致性判据,实现输电线路导通性的实用化判别。在江苏电网的应用实践表明,分段电阻判别法相比直流电阻试验判断法可以更加有效地辨识耐张线夹导通性,所提判据为耐张线夹搭接工作质量判断、线夹发热故障消缺提供了新的技术手段。 Currently,there is no practical method to judge the conductivity of tension clamps of overhead line,and it is difficult to take necessary in-process control measures on the lap joint and overheating elimination of tension clamps.By analyzing the problems in practical application of resistance test judgment method,this paper proposes a segmented resistance discrimination method for the tension clamp conductivity of overhead line.Through the criterion of local conductivity and local resistance consistency,the method realizes the practical judgment of transmission line conductivity.The application practice in Jiangsu power grid shows that compared with the DC resistance test judgment method,the segmented resistance discrimination method can identify the tension clamp conductivity more effectively.The proposed criteria provide a new technical means for judging the working quality of tension-resistant clamp lap joint and eliminating overheating fault of clamps.
