椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的护理工作探究

Exploration of Nursing Care for the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures with Pedicle Screw Internal Fixation Surgery

探讨椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折的护理要点。回顾性分析2021年3月—2023年4月黔东南州人民医院收治的30例胸腰椎骨折患者临床资料,所有患者均接受椎弓根钉内固定术治疗,为患者提供围手术期的护理干预,统计患者围术期指标,观察术后并发症情况。进行术后随访,比较患者术前、术后两周及术后3个月的日常生活活动能力(ADL)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、生活质量评分表(QOL)评分变化情况。结果显示,30例患者平均手术时间为(145.25±12.16)min,平均术中出血量为(43.16±4.78)mL,平均术后下床时间为(48.12±4.18)h,平均住院时间为(7.82±0.89)天。术后并发症发生率为13.33%,经对症处理并发症消失。术后两周ALD、BBS、QOL评分高于术前,术后3个月各项评分高于术后两周,不同时间点评分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,椎弓根钉内固定术治疗胸腰椎骨折手术期间配合有效的护理干预措施,可保证手术顺利实施,可促进患者相关身体机能的恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Exploring the nursing points of pedicle screw internal fixation for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures.Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 30 patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to Qiandongnan Prefecture People’s Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023.All patients underwent pedicle screw internal fixation surgery to provide perioperative nursing interventions,collect perioperative indicators,and observe postoperative complications.Conduct postoperative follow-up to compare the changes in daily living ability(ADL),Berg balance scale(BBS),and quality of life(QOL)scores of patients before surgery,two weeks after surgery,and three months after surgery.The results showed that the average surgical time of 30 patients was(145.25±12.16)minutes,the average intraoperative blood loss was(43.16±4.78)mL,the average postoperative time to get out of bed was(48.12±4.18)hours,and the average hospital stay was(7.82±0.89)days.The incidence of postoperative complications was 13.33%,and after symptomatic treatment,the complications disappeared.The ALD,BBS,and QOL scores were higher two weeks after surgery than before,and the scores were higher three months after surgery than two weeks after surgery.The differences in evaluation scores at different times were statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that effective nursing interventions during the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures with pedicle screw internal fixation can ensure the smooth implementation of the surgery,promote the recovery of relevant physical functions of patients,and improve their quality of life.
