神经源直肠功能训练在中风后便秘患者中的临床应用效果研究

Clinical Application Effect of Neurogenic Rectal Function Training in Post-stroke Constipation Patients

探究神经源直肠功能训练在中风后便秘患者中的临床应用效果。选取遵义市红花岗区人民医院2022年1月—2022年12月收治的80例中风后便秘患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受神经源直肠功能训练,比较两组患者便秘症状改善情况、生活质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果显示,护理后,观察组患者便秘、腹胀发生率显著低于对照组,自主排便、每天排便1次及以上发生率高于对照组,药物或栓剂辅助治疗发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者心理状态评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在中风后便秘患者护理中实施神经源直肠功能训练能缓解患者便秘症状,提升患者生活质量,改善患者心理状态,患者护理满意度较高,值得推广实施。

Exploring the clinical application effect of neurogenic rectal function training in post-stroke constipation patients.80 post-stroke constipation patients admitted to People’s Hospital of Honghuagang District from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received training on rectal function from the source of the meridian.Compare the improvement of constipation symptoms,quality of life,psychological status,and nursing satisfaction between two groups of patients.The results showed that after nursing,the incidence of constipation and abdominal distension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The incidence of spontaneous defecation and defecation once or more per day was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of drug or suppository assisted treatment was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After nursing,the psychological status score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that implementing neurorectal function training in the care of post-stroke constipation patients can alleviate their constipation symptoms,improve their quality of life,and improve their psychological state.Patient satisfaction with nursing care is high,and it is worth promoting and implementing.
