基于PDCA的护理在提高恶性心律失常患者抢救能力中的效果研究

Analysis of the Application Effect of Using PDCA to Improve the Rescue Ability of Nurses for Patients with Malignant Arrhythmia

探讨运用PDCA提高护士对恶性心律失常患者抢救能力的应用效果。选择2020年3月—2023年2月新兴县人民医院收治的82例恶性心律失常患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组及对照组,每组各41例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在其基础上对护士应用PDCA循环法后开展护理。比较两组患者抢救效果、生活质量、护理评价、抢救效率。结果显示,观察组患者抢救成功率为100%,对照组为90.24%,观察组患者抢救效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者生活质量比较,观察组QOL中8项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、健康教育、服务态度、沟通能力、消毒卫生5项护理评价分数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组抢救、急诊停留以及住院所用时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究发现,运用PDCA能够提高护士对恶性心律失常患者抢救能力,改善患者生活质量以及护理评价,抢救效率更高,可节省抢救时间,值得推广应用。

Explore the application effect of using PDCA to improve the rescue ability of nurses for patients with malignant arrhythmia.82 patients with malignant arrhythmia admitted to People’s Hospital of Xinxing County from March 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using a random number table method,with 41 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received nursing care based on the PDCA cycle method applied to nurses.Compare the rescue effect,quality of life,nursing evaluation,and rescue efficiency between two groups of patients.The results showed that the success rate of rescue in the observation group was 100%,while in the control group it was 90.24%.The rescue effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of quality of life between two groups of patients showed that the observation group had higher QOL scores in all 8 items compared to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observation group had higher scores in basic nursing,health education,service attitude,communication ability,and disinfection and hygiene than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);The time spent on rescue,emergency stay,and hospitalization in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research has found that the use of PDCA can improve the rescue ability of nurses for patients with malignant arrhythmia,improve their quality of life and nursing evaluation,increase rescue efficiency,save rescue time,and is worth promoting and applying.
