2016年―2022年潍城区中小学生视力情况调查及影响因素研究

A Study on the Visual Status and Influencing Factors of Primary and Secondary School Students in Weicheng District from 2016 to 2022

对2016年—2022年潍城区中小学生视力情况进行纵向对比调查,分析其影响因素,以期为中小学生视力干预措施提供相关的科学依据,对家校开展针对性防控起到警示及引导作用。将2016年—2022年潍城区中小学生眼科视力作为研究对象,对其前后7年间视力变化分别进行纵向对比研究,描述性分析及评价,分析上网课、近距离用眼等因素对中小学生视力的影响。结果显示,潍城区2016年—2022年共检测中小学生257792人,视力不良率呈现逐年递增趋势,随着年级的升高,视力不良率不断提升,且女生视力不良率明显高于男生,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。研究发现,上网课、接触电子产品多及缺乏户外运动等因素对中小学生视力有很大的影响,需要引起特别关注,应加强宣教,提醒中小学生做好视力保护,增加户外活动,避免长时间使用电子产品等。

A longitudinal comparative survey was conducted on the visual acuity of primary and secondary school students in Weicheng District from 2016 to 2022,analyzing the influencing factors,in order to provide relevant scientific basis for visual intervention measures for primary and secondary school students,and to serve as a warning and guidance for targeted prevention and control at home and school.Using the ophthalmic vision of primary and secondary school students in Weicheng District from 2016 to 2022 as the research object,a longitudinal comparative study was conducted on the changes in their vision over the past 7 years.Descriptive analysis and evaluation were conducted to analyze the impact of factors such as online classes and close range eye use on the vision of primary and secondary school students.The results showed that a total of 257792 primary and secondary school students were tested in Weicheng District from 2016 to 2022,and the rate of visual impairment showed an increasing trend year by year.With the increase of grades,the rate of visual impairment continued to increase,and the rate of visual impairment in girls was significantly higher than that in boys,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Research has found that factors such as online classes,frequent exposure to electronic products,and lack of outdoor exercise have a significant impact on the eyesight of primary and secondary school students.Special attention should be paid to this issue,and education should be strengthened to remind students to protect their eyesight,increase outdoor activities,and avoid prolonged use of electronic products.
