摘要
城市防洪排涝系统工程是城市维系平稳发展的关键因素,信息化系统对于城市防洪排涝工作具有极高的应用价值,能够实现对水资源利用的科学管理,降低洪涝灾害对城市的负面影响。基于此,本文对信息化系统在城市防洪排涝中的应用价值进行讨论,然后依据信息化系统在城市防洪排涝的建设现状,提出几条优化的应用路径,旨在降低城市洪涝灾害风险,为城市洪涝灾害风险应急智能化转变提供帮助。
Urban flood control and drainage system engineering is the key factor to maintain the stable development of the city.Information system has high application value for the urban flood control and drainage work,and can realize the scientific management of water resources utilization and reduce the negative impact of flood disasters on the city.Based on this condition,this paper discusses the application value of information system in urban flood control and drainage,and then proposes several optimized application paths according to the construction status of information system in urban flood control and drainage,aiming to reduce the risk of urban flood disaster and provide help for the intelligent transformation of urban flood disaster risk response.
