近年来,随着经济的快速增长和测绘科学技术的进步,测绘行业展现了蓬勃的发展势头。这种发展在工程建设领域尤其显著,其中涉及工程建设全过程的“多测合一”测绘服务目前已经进入了全面推行的新阶段。本文从建筑工程“多测合一”工作内涵入手,介绍了“多测合一”验收测绘中的资料收集及整理利用、验线时机的选择、建筑面积计算与衔接等技术要点,分析了“多测合一”验收测绘在建筑工程中规划和土地测量、房产平面测量、民防测量、机动车停车场测量、绿地面积测量以及消防测量等方面的具体应用。

In recent years,with the rapid growth of China's social economy and the progress of surveying and mapping science and technology,the surveying and mapping industry has shown a vigorous momentum of development.This development is especially significant in the field of engineering construction,and“multi-survey integration”surveying and mapping services involved in the whole process of engineering construction have entered a new stage of comprehensive implementation.Starting from the connotation of“multi-survey integration”in construction engineering,this paper introduces the technical points of data collection,arrangement and utilization,selection of line inspection time,calculation and connection of building area in“multi-survey integration”acceptance surveying and mapping.This paper analyzes the specific application of“multi-survey integration”acceptance survey in planning and land survey,real estate plane survey,civil defense survey,motor vehicle parking lot survey,green area survey and fire survey in construction engineering.
