关于一种压缩机变频驱动器能效提升的研究

摘要 本文以青岛万宝压缩机有限公司家用冰箱变频器QH05A为载体,通过分析变频器中主要发热元器件共模电感、热敏电阻、IGBT的工作原理及功率损耗,并和元器件厂家合作,实现对共模电感、热敏电阻的优化以及对IGBT和MOSFET的替换,从而实现对变频器整体方案的效率的提高,使变频器效率在原方案的基础上提高1.16%,进一步提高了产品的竞争力。 This paper takes domestic refrigerator frequency converter QH05A of Qingdao Wanbao Compressor Co.,Ltd.as a carrier,analyzes the working principles and power losses of the main heating power components in frequency converters,such as common mode inductor,thermistor,and IGBT,and realizes the optimization of common mode inductor and thermistor,and the replacement of IGBT and MOSFET through cooperation with component manufacturers,thus achieving the efficiency improvement of the overall inverter scheme.The efficiency of the frequency converter is increased by 1.16%on the basis of the original scheme,which further enhances the competitiveness of products.
