基于Cesium的防汛预警平台设计研究

摘要 随着全球气候变化的加剧,极端降雨事件频繁发生,汛期防范工作变得越来越重要。为了保障电力供应的稳定性,防汛预警平台逐渐成为一种必要的工具。文章介绍了基于Cesium的防汛预警平台的架构设计、数据库设计、关键技术和功能实现。该平台以电力、气象和市政数据为核心,构建防汛预警模型,对潜在的汛情进行预测和分析,从而提升电力防汛预警的信息化水平。 With the intensification of global climate change and frequent occurrence of extreme rainfall events,flood season prevention work has become increasingly important.In order to ensure the stability of power supply,flood prevention and early warning platforms have gradually become a necessary tool.The article introduces the architecture design,database design,key technologies,and functional implementation of a flood prevention and early warning platform based on Cesium.This platform focuses on electricity,meteorology,and municipal data to construct a flood prevention and early warning model,predict and analyze potential flood situations,and thereby improve the informatization level of electricity flood prevention and early warning.
