智能高压分界开关与计量一体化装置的设计与实现

摘要 针对供电公司与专变电力用户之间的设备产权不清晰,容易出现窃电的问题,提出了采用智能高压分界开关与计量一体化装置,将分界开关和计量装置集中设计并一体化安装。首先对设备结构重新设计,将户外高压分界电能计量箱分成开关室、计量室、出线室和进线室四个独立的功能隔室。设备采用全密封、全绝缘结构设计,机构仓防护等级达到IP55。计量互感器全绝缘、插拔式结构设计,便于更换。构建了防窃电结构化模型,通过数据预处理、用户异常监测模型和机器学习实现防窃电功能。 In view of the unclear property rights between the power supply companies and the power users,and the problem of electricity theft,this paper proposes an intelligent high-voltage boundary switch and metering integrated device,and the boundary switch and the metering device are designed and integrated installed.Firstly,the equipment structure is redesigned,and the outdoor high-voltage boundary electric energy metering box is divided into four independent functional compartments including switch room,metering room,outlet room and inlet room.The equipment adopts a fully-sealed and fully-insulated structure design,and the protection level of the mechanism compartment reaches IP55.The fully-insulated and plug-in structure design for metering transformer is easy to replace.The structured model of electricity theft prevention is constructed,and the function of electricity theft prevention is realized through data preprocessing,user anomaly monitoring model and machine learning.
