工业固废基材料用于污染治理领域的研究进展

摘要 工业固废富含硅铝等有价值组分,且具有潜在胶凝性能,通过预处理、水热合成、碱融、碱激发、烧结等方式可将其制成吸附过滤材料。本文综述了近年来工业固废基材料用于重金属污水、印染废水、含油废水治理等领域的研究进展,总结了工业固废基沸石分子筛、地聚合物及陶瓷膜的制备/改性方法以及对污染物的吸附过滤机理及应用效果,并提出了工业固废基材料在未来应用中面临的问题,对其未来发展方向进行了展望。 Industrial solid waste is rich in valuable components such as silicon and aluminum,and has potential gelling properties.It can be prepared as adsorption and filtration materials through the following methods,such as pretreatment,hydrothermal synthesis,alkali melting,alkali activation,sintering and so on.In this paper,the research progress of industrial solid waste based materials used in the treatment of heavy metal wastewater,printing and dyeing wastewater and oily wastewater in recent years was reviewed.The preparation/modification methods of industrial solid waste based zeolite molecular sieve,geoppolymer and ceramic membrane,the adsorption and filtration mechanism and the application effects were summarized.Furthermore,the problems faced in the future application of industrial solid waste based materials were put forward.Finally,the future development direction is prospected.
