摘要
使用亚磷酸(H_(3)PO_(3))和三氯化磷(PCl_(3))为原料分别合成PC-DETPMP和PA-DETPMP两种磷酸盐型阻垢剂,并使用一种商用磷酸盐型阻垢剂作为参照。合成样品的核磁共振磷谱表明,由H_(3)PO_(3)合成的PC-DETPMP比由PCl_(3)制备的PA-DEPMP含有更少的磷杂质,这可能是由于PCl_(3)的不完全水解所致。在一种高矿化度地层水中评估了3种磷酸盐型阻垢剂对CaSO_(4)的阻垢效率,并对比其在不同阻垢剂加量和pH值条件下的阻垢性能。结果表明,阻垢性能:PC-DETPMP>CP-DETPMP>PA-DETPMP。为进一步研究其阻垢机理,本文使用离子色谱法测定溶液中SO_(4)^(2-)浓度计算阻垢率,并研究其阻垢行为与时间的关系。在动力学实验中,阻垢剂随时间的延长其性能趋于平稳,以此推测本文磷酸盐型阻垢剂以其分子吸附机制为主。
This article synthesized two phosphate scale inhibitors,PC-DETPMP and PA-DETPMP,using phosphoric acid(H_(3)PO_(3))and phosphorus trichloride(PCl_(3))as raw materials,respectively,and used a commercial phosphate scale inhibitor as a reference.The nuclear magnetic resonance phosphorus spectrum of the synthesized sample indicates that the ratio of PC-DETPMP synthesized from(H_(3)PO_(3))contains less phosphorus impurities than PA-DEPMP prepared from PCl_(3),which may be due to the incomplete hydrolysis of PCl_(3).The scale inhibition efficiency of three phosphate type scale inhibitors on calcium sulfate was evaluated in a highly mineralized formation water,and their scale inhibition performance was compared under different scale inhibitor dosages and pH value conditions.The results indicate that the scale inhibition performance is as follows:PC-DETPMP>CP-DETPMP>PA-DETPMP.To further investigate its scale inhibition mechanism,this article uses ion chromatography to measure the concentration of sulfate ions in the solution and calculate the scale inhibition rate,and studies the relationship between its scale inhibition behavior and time.In dynamic experiments,the performance of scale inhibitors tends to stabilize over time,indicating that the phosphate type scale inhibitors in this article mainly rely on the molecular adsorption mechanism of scale inhibitors.
