基于DTS数据的储气库注气量计算方法

摘要 目前储气库注气量的监测方式是采用超声波流量计进行计量,该方法计量的注气总站计量量与多口井注气计量量之和存在较大偏差,会影响用气调峰期各井采气优化管理效果。为了较准确监测各井的注气量,基于储气库区光纤监测井分布式光纤测温系统(DTS)监测资料,优选稳定注气数据作为样本,采用温度和注气量线性拟合的方法,建立日注气总量与特定深度位置日总温的关系模型,确定单井模型系数,进而建立了单井非产层特定深度位置日温与日注气量的计算模型。该方法在长庆油田苏东XX储气库区的应用表明,8口光纤监测井的日注气量之和与注气总站计量量基本相同,利用光纤温度可获得各井较准确的注气量监测数据,打破了必须依靠产层温度变化评价注气量的传统,取得很好的应用效果。 At present,the monitoring method of gas injection volume in gas storage is measured by ultrasonic flowmeter.There is a big deviation between the measurement quantity of gas injection main station and the sum of gas injection quantity of many wells,which affects the gas recovery optimization management for each well during gas load shifting period.In order to monitor the gas injection volume of each well more accurately,based on the monitoring data of the distributed temperature sensing(DTS)of the injection and production wells in the gas storage area,select preferentially stable injection gas data as samples,the relationship model between the total daily gas injection volume and the total daily temperature at specific depth is established by using the linear fitting method of temperature and gas injection volume,and the model coefficient of a single well is determined.Then,the calculation model of daily temperature and daily gas injection volume at specific depth of single well non-production zone is established.The application of this method in Sudong XX gas storage area,Changqing oilfield shows that the sum of daily gas injection volume of 8 optical fiber monitoring wells is basically the same as that of the gas injection volume main station.The optical fiber temperature can be used to obtain more accurate gas injection volume monitoring data of each well,breaking the tradition of relying on the temperature change of production zone to evaluate gas injection volume,and achieving good application results.
