摘要
肌萎缩侧索硬化(ALS)属临床罕见的神经元疾病之一,甲状旁腺功能亢进症(HPT)发病机制仍有待进一步研究,故ALS合并HPT病例更为罕见,漏诊及误诊率极高,容易耽误患者病情。该文报道了1例ALS合并HPT患者的临床诊治情况,并复习了相关文献,分析了2种疾病之间的相通点及易混点,并为今后临床上该类疾病的诊疗提供参考。
Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis(ALS)is one of the rare neuronal diseases in clinic.The pathogenesis of hyperparathyroidism(HPT)remains to be further studied.Therefore,ALS combined with HPT is more rare,and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is very high,which is easy to delay the patient′s condition.This article reported the clinical diagnosis and treatment of one patient with ALS combined with HPT,reviewed the relevant literature,analyzed the common points and easy mixing points between the two diseases,and provided a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of such diseases in the future.
