老年痴呆患者照顾者获益感现状及其相关影响因素分析

Analysis of the current situation and related influencing factors of caregivers′benefit finding in senile dementia patients

目的评估老年痴呆患者照顾者获益感现状,并分析其相关影响因素。方法选取2021年1月至2023年2月该院接收的79例老年痴呆患者及其照顾者进行研究,参照照顾者获益感问卷(BFQ)对照顾者获益感现状进行评估,调查员自拟一般资料问卷表,并经线性回归分析老年痴呆患者照顾者获益感的相关影响因素。结果79例老年痴呆患者照顾者BFQ评分为(95.58±8.76)分,处于中等水平。不同职业状况、照顾时间、社会支持及自我效能资料照顾者的BFQ评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不同资料照顾者的BFQ评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经线性回归分析结果显示,职业状况为非在职、照顾时间小于1年、社会支持低水平、自我效能低水平均为老年痴呆患者照顾者获益感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论老年痴呆患者照顾者获益感处于中等水平,可能受职业状况、照顾时间、社会支持及自我效能等因素影响。

Objective To assess the current situation of caregivers′benefit finding in senile dementia patients and analyze its related influencing factors.Methods A total of 79 senile dementia patients and their caregivers admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were included in the study.The caregiver Benefit Finding Questionnaire(BFQ)was used to assess the caregiver′benefit finding,and a self-designed general information questionnaire was administered.Linear regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors influencing benefit finding among caregivers of senile dementia patients.Results The BFQ scores of the 79 caregivers of senile dementia patients were(95.58±8.76),indicating a moderate level of caregivers′benefit finding.There were statistically significant differences in BFQ scores among caregivers with different occupational statuses,caregiving durations,levels of social support,and levels of self-efficacy(P<0.05).However,no statistically significant differences were found in BFQ scores among caregivers with different demographic characteristics(P>0.05).Linear regression analysis revealed that non-employment status,caregiving duration less than one year,low levels of social support,and low levels of self-efficacy were influencing factors for benefit finding among caregivers of senile dementia patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Benefit finding among caregivers of senile dementia patients is at a moderate level and may be influenced by factors such as occupational status,caregiving duration,social support,and self-efficacy.
