增值评价模型应用的问题探讨与优化策略——以我国45项实证研究数据为佐证

Exploring Problems and Optimizing Strategies for the Application of Value-added Evaluation Models:Using 45 Empirical Research Data from China as Evidence

随着我国探索增值评价实践的不断深入,增值评价模型已成为研究关注的重点专题。模型的选用决定着增值评价结果的有效性和精准性,如何优化增值评价模型是亟须解决的问题。本研究以我国45项应用增值评价模型的实证研究数据为佐证,从模型选择、模型精度和模型假设三个方面探讨了模型应用中出现的问题,并提出提高数据质量、健全模型参数报告、规范变量选取流程、确定模型适用条件和开发智能化模型五个优化策略,以期推进增值评价在我国科学有效地开展。

With the deepening exploration of value-added evaluation in China,value-added evaluation models have emerged as a key research topic.The selection of models determines the effectiveness and accuracy of value-added evaluation results,making the optimization of these models an urgent issue.This study uses empirical research data from 45 applications of value-added evaluation models in China to investigate challenges arising from model selection,accuracy,and assumptions.For the promotion of the scientific and effective development of value-added evaluation in China,five optimization strategies are proposed:enhancing data quality,improving the reporting of model parameters,standardizing variable selection processes,determining suitable conditions for model application,and developing intelligent models.
