摘要
本文全面回顾了中国最低工资标准制度的探索、建立、全面实施和完善发展的历程,阐述了其在中国经济社会发展中的角色与意义,并从多个角度分析制度实施过程中面临的挑战,包括立法层次、地区制度差异、调整机制以及新就业形态适用性等多方面的问题。最后,本文基于对现有制度和政策分析,提出对中国最低工资制度改革与完善立法的建议。
The paper reviews the historical development of China’s minimum wage standard system in China including its process of exploriation,establishment,comprehensive implementation,and improvement.The system has played an important role in China’s economic and social development.However,it now faces various challenges in its executing processes from multiple perspectives including legislative levels,regional institutional differences,adjustment mechanisms,and the applicability of new employment forms.Thus,this paper will make suggestions to reform and improve the system based on an comprehensive analysis of existing systems and policies.
