构建高职院校鞋类设计专业“协同·适切”模式——以温州地区为例

摘要 在国家产业链从“中国制造”转型升级为“中国创造”的背景下,国内鞋类设计行业的需求逐渐加大,同时对鞋类设计专业人才的培养也提出了新的要求。这就需要相关高等职业院校在新时代经济高质量发展的大局中找准定位,完善高质量办学机制,落实高质量发展要求。本文聚焦温州地区制鞋业的发展现状,以温州地区高等职业院校鞋类设计专业为研究对象,从产、学、研入手,通过企业和学校合作办学模式的探索与创新,希望摆脱高职院校技能培养迟缓于市场需求的困窘。同时,依据企业反馈实况和总结实践经验,初步探讨高职院校鞋类设计专业“协同·适切”模式的新路径,希望能够建立校企命运共同体,以弥补校内实践培训的不足,提高教学质量,最终引领专业发展。 With the transformation and upgrading of Chinese industrial chain from“Made in China”to“Created in China”,the demand of domestic footwear design industry is gradually increasing,which also puts forward new re⁃quirements for the training of footwear design professionals.This requires relevant higher vocational colleges to find a correct position in the overall situation of high-quality economic development in the new era,improve the high-quali⁃ty school-running mechanism and implement the requirements of high-quality development.This article focused on the current development status of the footwear industry in Wenzhou,and took the footwear design major in higher vo⁃cational colleges in Wenzhou as the research object.Starting from production,education,and research,this article explored and innovated the cooperative education model between enterprises and schools,hoping to overcome the di⁃lemma of delayed skill training in vocational colleges compared to market demand.At the same time,based on the feedback from enterprises and the summary of practical experience,a new path for the“collaborative and appropriate”model of shoe design majors in vocational colleges was preliminarily explored.It is hoped that a community with a shared future between schools and enterprises can be established to make up for the lack of practical training on cam⁃pus,improve teaching quality,and ultimately lead the development of the profession.
