为了实现铸造企业数字化转型,提升企业全链资源配置能力。以云浮市某铸造企业为调研对象,了解数字经济时代的背景和趋势。通过分析铸造企业数字化转型的关键策略和路径,基于相关需求,搭建了一套LED智慧融合终端显示系统,根据铸造企业控制中心的工作特点,为该显示系统设计了4种可视化主题。该系统有效促进了传统铸造业的数字化转型,以应对数字经济时代的发展需求,为企业的可持续发展提供了一定支持。

In order to realize the digital transformation of foundry enterprises and improve the enterprise's full-chain resource allocation capabilities:This paper takes a foundry company in Yunfu city as the research object to understand the background and trends of the digital economy era.By analyzing the key strategies and paths for the digital transformation of foundry enterprises,and based on relevant needs,a set of LED smart fusion terminal display systems was built.According to the working characteristics of the foundry enterprise control center,four visualization themes were designed for the display system.This system effectively promotes the digital transformation of the traditional foundry industry to cope with the development needs of the digital economy era and provides certain support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
