摘要
通过有限元数值模拟方法,研究钛蜂窝夹芯板在空爆冲击载荷下的变形和破坏特性。在相同装药类型及装药量、不同炸高的情况下,考察上、下面板的变形过程和速度变化,并分析上、下面板和夹芯的破坏模式。通过对比不同炸高下的钛蜂窝夹芯板破坏程度和破坏形式可知,破坏程度随炸高的减小而明显增大,破坏形式由弯曲发展到脱层甚至破碎。
The deformation and destructiveness characteristics of titanium honeycomb sandwich panels under air explosion impact loads were studied using finite element numerical simulation method.Examine the deformation process and velocity changes of the upper and lower panels under the same charge type,charge amount,and different burst heights,and analyze the failure modes of the upper,lower panels,and sandwich.By comparing the degree and form of damage of titanium honeycomb sandwich panels under different burst heights,it can be seen that the degree of damage increases significantly with the decrease of burst height,and the form of damage develops from bending to delamination or even breakage.
