摘要
随着物联网和云计算技术的广泛应用,煤矿开采正向信息化、智能化方向发展。然而,传统的煤矿数据中心面对庞大而分散的数据管理挑战,已经不再能满足智慧煤矿建设的需求。本文选用Hadoop作为煤矿设备数据管理的技术平台,包括数据采集、清洗、传输与存储等关键环节。通过采用OPC UA协议和OPC服务器完成数据采集,并利用基于MapReduce的方法进行数据清洗,以及基于Redis的低延迟数据传输架构,确保了数据的实时性和系统的读取性能,以期为智慧煤矿建设提供了新的思路和技术支持。
With the widespread application of the Internet of Things and cloud computing technology,coal mining is developing towards informatization and intelligence.However,traditional coal mine data centers are no longer able to meet the needs of smart coal mine construction due to the large and scattered data management challenges.This article selects Hadoop as the technical platform for coal mine equipment data management,including key links such as data collection,cleaning,transmission,and storage.By using the OPC UA protocol and OPC server to complete data collection,and using MapReduce based methods for data cleaning,as well as a low latency data transmission architecture based on Redis,the real-time data and system reading performance are ensured,providing new ideas and technical support for the construction of smart coal mines.
