结构加固施工技术在老旧建筑中的应用研究

摘要 针对老旧建筑结构安全隐患问题,本文深入研究了结构加固施工技术在老旧建筑中的应用。首先,拆除了老旧建筑中的旧结构,包括吊顶、内隔墙、地砖、门窗和外墙板等,遵循了先上后下、先内后外的原则,以确保建筑结构的完整性。其次,加固了柱钢筋锚固生根,将加固柱纵向钢筋固定在基础梁内,同时加固柱四角钢筋生根于基础顶内,从而显著提升了桩基础的加固效果。此外,对建筑钢丝架夹芯板进行了补强,牢固地连接了墙、梁、柱的预埋锚筋与钢丝架,并对隔墙板与板纵横向拼缝处进行了加固,进而一步增强了建筑内部结构的稳定性。最后,通过实例分析验证了该加固技术的有效性,表明其在实际生活中具有广泛的应用前景。 In view of the hidden safety problems of the old building structure,this paper deeply studies the application of structural strengthening construction technology in the old building.First of all,the old structure in the old building was dismantled,including the suspended ceiling,internal partition wall,floor tiles,doors and Windows and outer wall panels,etc.,following the principle of first up and then down,first inside and then out,to ensure the integrity of the building structure.Secondly,the anchorage root of the column steel bars is strengthened,the longitudinal reinforcement bars of the reinforced column are fixed in the foundation beam,and the reinforcement bars at the four corners of the reinforced column are rooted in the top of the foundation,which significantly improves the reinforcement effect of the pile foundation.In addition,the sandwich plate of the construction steel wire frame is reinforced,the embedded anchor bar of the wall,beam and column is firmly connected with the steel wire frame,and the partition board and the joint of the board are reinforced,and then the stability of the internal structure of the building is further enhanced.Finally,the effectiveness of the reinforcement technique is verified by an example analysis,which shows that it has a wide application prospect in practical life.
