摘要
本文探究了悬臂浇筑施工技术在某大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁中的应用。采用悬臂平衡浇筑法进行施工,在悬臂端设计了三角形挂篮,利用挂篮做吊架进行悬臂浇筑、完成合拢段施工,降低了施工难度,提高了施工质量。在本工程中,贯彻全过程、精细化管理理念,分别从支架搭设与预压、挂篮制作与安装、钢筋绑扎、混凝土浇筑预养护、孔道压浆与封锚等方面采取了控制措施,确保了预应力混凝土连续梁悬臂施工的顺利完成。
In this paper,the application of cantilever casting construction technology in a long-span prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge is investigated.The triangular hanging basket is designed at the end of the cantilever,and the hanging basket is used as a hanger to carry out the cantilever pouring and complete the construction of the closing section,which reduces the construction difficulty and improves the construction quality.In this project,the whole process and fine management concept are implemented,and control measures are taken respectively from the erection and preloading of supports,the production and installation of hanging baskets,the binding of steel bars,the pre-maintenance of concrete pouring,the grouting of channels and the sealing of anchors to ensure the smooth completion of the cantilever construction of prestressed concrete continuous beams.
