建筑工程机电管道抗震连接安装技术

摘要 当前建筑设计施工时都强调抗震性能,机电管道安装时抗震连接安装是其中关键的环节,对于保障建筑工程整体的抗震性能具有重要作用。首先简要阐述了机电管道的重要作用以及抗震设计关键参数,然后结合实际工程案例分析了机电管道抗震连接安装的工艺原理,研究了安装施工主要流程以及关键技术点,最后总结工程经验提出提升机电管道抗震连接安装施工的质量保障措施。对于提升我国机电管道抗震连接技术水平,改善建筑工程抗震性能具有一定的实践意义。 At present,the seismic performance is emphasized in the design and construction of buildings,and the seismic connection and installation of electromechanical pipelines is a key link,which plays an important role in ensuring the overall seismic performance of the construction project.Firstly,the important role of electromechanical pipelines and the key parameters of seismic design are briefly expounded,then the process principle of seismic connection and installation of electromechanical pipelines is analyzed in combination with actual engineering cases,the main process and key technical points of installation and construction are studied,and finally the engineering experience is summarized and the quality assurance measures for improving the seismic connection installation and construction of electromechanical pipelines are proposed.It has certain practical significance to improve the seismic connection technology level of mechanical and electrical pipelines in China and improve the seismic performance of construction projects.
