摘要 复合材料连接技术是复合材料工程应用中的重要环节,设计合理的连接形式能够适应各种工作条件并充分利用材料性能,实现复合材料对传统金属材料的高效替代。本文阐述了航空航天复合材料常用连接形式的优缺点及研究现状,综述了国内外在复合材料机械连接、胶接连接和混合连接方面的研究进展,最后对复合材料连接的未来发展方向和价值意义进行展望。本文包含了复合材料多种因素对不同连接形式的影响,对复合材料连接形式的理论研究、结构设计及工程应用具有一定的参考价值。 The structural connection technology of composite materials is an important part in the application of composite materials in engineering.Properly designed connection forms can make full use of material properties to meet various working conditions.It can also realize the efficient substitution of composite materials for traditional metals.This paper elaborates the advantages and disadvantages of common connection forms of aerospace composite materials.It reviews the research progress of mechanical connection,adhesive connection and hybrid connection of composite materials at home and abroad.Finally,the future development direction and value significance of composite connection are prospected.The research in the paper includes the influence of various factors in composite materials on different connection forms,which has certain reference value for the research direction,structural design and engineering application of composite material connections.
