摘要
从DPF碳载量为0%时开始,直至DPF碳载量为100%,达到后处理再生状态结束共进行了8次PEMS试验。研究DPF碳载量对PN比排放的影响,根据瞬时车速和瞬时机动车比功率等参数对瞬态数据划分Bin网格,计算每次试验各个Bin的PN平均排放浓度和DPF平均温度的关系。试验结果表明,除最后一次发生再生的PEMS测试外,随着DPF碳载量的增大,PN比排放呈现先升高再降低的趋势;随着碳载量升高,Bin0、Bin1、Bin12以及Bin22等区间内每次试验的PN排放浓度相差不多。Bin13区间内的PN排放会随着碳载量的升高整体呈升高趋势。Bin23和Bin33区间内,PEMS试验的PN排放会随着碳载量的升高整体呈降低趋势。
Eight PEMS tests were conducted from the time when the carbon load of DPF was 0%to the time when the carbon load of DPF was 100%and reached the post-treatment regeneration state.To study the effect of DPF carbon load on PN specific emissions,the transient data are divided into Bin grids according to parameters such as instantaneous vehicle speed and instantaneous vehicle specific power,and the relationship between PN average emission concentration and DPF average temperature of each Bin in each test is calculated.The test results show that,except for the PEMs test in which regeneration occurred for the last time,with the increase of DPF carbon load,PN specific emissions show a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;With the increase of carbon load,the PN emission concentration of each test in Bin0,Bin1,Bin12 and Bin22 is not much different.PN emission in Bin13 interval generally increases with the increase of carbon load.In Bin23 and Bin33 intervals,the PN emission of PEMs test generally decreases with the increase of carbon load.
