眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术的临床效果

Clinical effect of injecting type A botulinum toxin into the corners of the eyes and eye bag plastic surgery for the treatment of loose skin under the eyes

目的探讨眼袋采用眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2024年2月淮阳手外科医院和上海愉悦薇莱医疗美容医院收治的眼袋患者共计87例,按照治疗方法的不同分成研究组(n=44)与对照组(n=43),对照组给予眼袋整形术治疗,研究组给予眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术治疗,对两组临床疗效、眼周修复效果、美学评分、患者满意度及并发症进行比较。结果研究组(97.73%)治疗总有效率较对照组(81.40%)更高(P<0.05);两组术后眼周修复效果评分升高(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);两组术后美学评分升高(P<0.05),研究组较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组(95.45%)患者满意度较对照组(76.74%)更高(P<0.05);研究组(6.82%)并发症发生率较对照组(23.26%)更低(P<0.05)。结论眼角注射A型肉毒毒素联合眼袋整形术应用于眼袋患者治疗中,提升整形修复效果,改善眼部皮肤松弛,提高患者满意度,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of injecting type A botulinum toxin into the corners of the eye and eye bag plastic surgery for the treatment of eye bag skin relaxation.Methods A total of 87 patients with loose skin under the eye bags from January 2020 to February 2024 who were admitted in Huaiyang Hand Surgery Hospital and Shanghai Joyful Well Medical Beauty Hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the study group(n=44,corner injection of botulinum toxin A and eye bag plastic surgery)and the control group(n=43,eye bag plastic surgery)according to different treatment methods.The clinical effificacy,periocular repair effect,aesthetic score,patient satisfaction,and complications in both groups were compared.Results In the total effective rate of treatment,in compartision of the control group(81.40%),the study group(97.73%)was higher(P<0.05).The postoperative periocular repair effect scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in compartision of the control group,the study group was higher(P<0.05).The postoperative aesthetic scores in both groups were increased(P<0.05),and in compartision of the control group,the study group was higher(P<0.05).In the patient satisfaction,in compartision of the control group(76.74%),the study group(95.45%)was higher(P<0.05).In the incidence of complications,in compartision of the control group(23.26%),the study group(6.82%)was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of injection of type A botulinum toxin into the corners of the eyes and eye bag plastic surgery is applied in the treatment of patients with eye bag skin relaxation,improving the effect of plastic surgery and repair,improving eye skin relaxation,increasing patient satisfaction,and reducing the risk of complications.
