生成式人工智能对医学教育的影响探析

摘要 以ChatGPT为代表的生成式人工智能对医学教育产生了重大影响。ChatGPT赋能教学,推动教学模式向“师-机-生”结构转变,促进教学内容从依赖专家人工生成转向由人工智能生产,催化“知识+技能+素养”的综合性评价。ChatGPT赋能学习,推动学习空间泛在化,为学习过程的自主化提供支持,实现医学教育的个性化。面对生成式人工智能引发的冲击,医学教育者应坚持守正创新意识,制定人工智能的应用伦理准则,增强教师数字素养,并加强学生批判性思维的培养。 The advent of generative artificial intelligence,exemplified by ChatGPT,has exerted a substantial influence on medical education.ChatGPT facilitates pedagogical transformation by fostering a transition from traditional teaching mode to a“teacher-computer-student”structure,enabling the utilization of AI-generated teaching materials,and catalyzing a comprehensive assessment framework composing“knowledge,skills and competencies”.In addition,ChatGPT empowers learners by fostering ubiquitous learning environments and facilitating learner autonomy,ultimately leading to personalized medical education.In light of the ramifications brought about by generative artificial intelligence,medical educators should uphold fundamental principles and break new ground,develop ethical guidelines for the application of AI,enhance teachers’digital literacy,and strengthen the cultivation of students’critical thinking.
