大学生在线学习力测评量表开发研究

摘要 在数字化赋能高等教育质量提升的关键时期,在线学习成为促进大学生持续发展与终身学习的重要方式,有效驱动在线自主学习也随之成为了大学生学习力的重要指向。基于自主学习视角,开展在线学习力测评,是提升大学生在线学习水平和学习质量的核心内容。该研究以齐莫曼自主学习研究框架为理论依据,结合文献分析与专家访谈,探索构成在线学习力的关键要素,研制大学生在线学习力测评量表,并通过两轮问卷调研(共1117个有效样本),验证量表的科学性和有效性。研究结果表明,大学生在线学习力因子模型主要涉及驱动力、策应力、调节力、顺应力和互惠力五个维度,量表具有较好的鉴别度、内容效度、结构效度和信度,可应用于更大范围的调查研究。 In the key era of digitization enabling the improvement of quality of higher education,online learning has become increasingly vital for facilitating continuous growth and lifelong learning among college students.Consequently,effectively motivating online self-learning ability has emerged as a crucial indicator of college students’learning power.Therefore,it is imperative to measure college students’online learning power from the perspective of self-learning in order to enhance students’level and quality of online learning.According to Zimmerman’s framework for self-learning research,this paper employs literature analysis and expert interviews to explore the key factors of online learning power and develop an assessment scale of online learning power for college students.The scientific characters and validity of the scale is confirmed through two rounds of questionnaire research,which yielded a total of 1117 valid samples.The findings suggest that college students’online learning power can be categorized into five dimensions:driving capability,coordination capability,adjustment capability,adaptability capability and reciprocity capability.Furthermore,the results demonstrate that the scale is highly differentiated,validated in content and structure and reliability,and can be applied in the studies on a larger scale.
