摘要
创新型医学人才的培养是创建“双一流”学科和高水平大学的重要支撑。在“双一流”学校与学科建设背景下,生命科学学院和生物学学科快速发展,但传统分子生物学课程内容和教学模式已不能满足培养学生参与课外科研的需求。文章提出以培养学生科研创新能力为目标,采用本科生导师制方式,精准指导本科生参与课外科研活动和竞赛,提高本科生科研思维和科研能力,并在此过程中高效融合素质教育,旨在为培养具有良好品德的新时代青年科研人才起到抛砖引玉的作用。
The cultivation of innovative medical talents is an important support for our university to establish a dual first-class discipline and high-level university.Under the background of dual first-class schools and discipline construction,the College of Life Sciences and the Biology discipline have developed rapidly.But the traditional molecular biology course content and teaching mode can no longer meet the needs of cultivating students to participate in extracurricular scientific research.We plan to cultivate students’research and innovation abilities by implementing an undergraduate mentorship system and guiding undergraduate students to participate in extracurricular research activities and competitions accurately,which will improve their research thinking and abilities.Furthermore,we integrate all-round education into this process and aim to offer a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas in cultivating young scientific research talents with good moral character in the new era.
