含砂雾封层技术在公路预养护中的应用技术

Technical Application of Sand Mist Sealing Coat Technology in Highway Preventive Curing

沥青路面是我国公路路面的主要形式之一,为使沥青混凝土路表功能在使用年限中处于良好的服役状态,预防性养护理念逐渐发展并被广泛推广。相较于传统雾封层技术,含砂雾封层能够更加显著提高路面抗滑性能,修复路表微裂缝,大大改善路面的行驶质量,成为公路沥青路面预养护和功能性恢复的有效技术措施之一。结合上海市青浦区崧华南路含砂雾封层应用效果分析,进一步验证该技术的使用效果。

Asphalt pavement is one of the main forms of highway pavement in China.In order to make the asphalt concrete pavement function in good service state in the service life,the concept of preventive curing has been gradually developed and widely popularized.Compared with the traditional mist sealing layer technology,the sand mist sealing coat can significantly improve the skid resistance of the pavement,restore the micro cracks on the road surface,and greatly improve the driving quality of the pavement,which has become one of the effective technical measures for the preventive curing and functional recovery of highway asphalt pavement.The performances,technical characteristics,relative performance evaluation indexes and methods of sand mist sealing coat are given.The measures for ensuring the construction of sand mist sealing coat are introduced.Combined with an engineering case,the sand mist sealing coast is verified that it can effectively improve the service performance of pavement,and is a very effective preventive curing technology of asphalt pavement.
