高性能碳纤维双马树脂复合材料在航空领域的应用

摘要 聚丙烯腈基碳纤维因其高强度、轻质、耐疲劳等优异性能,被用于制备高性能复合材料,成为先进复合材料的主要增强纤维材料之一,已广泛应用于航空、航天等尖端技术领域。高强中模碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料是当前及未来长期内主要的航空结构复合材料。综述了国内外高强中模碳纤维的发展现状,介绍了基于高强中模碳纤维增强双马来酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的性能特点及其在航空领域的应用,并展望了我国高强中模碳纤维产业的发展前景。 Polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber is used to prepare high-performance composites because of its high strength,light weight,fatigue resistance and other excellent properties,and has become one of the main reinforcement fiber materials of advanced composites,and has been widely used in aviation,aerospace and other cutting-edge technology fields.High strength intermediate modulus carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites are currently and will continue to be the primary structural composites in aviation.The development status of high strength intermediate modulus carbon fibers at home and abroad is reviewed.The performance characteristics of high strength intermediate modulus carbon fiber reinforced bisma-leimide resin matrix composites and their applications in aviation are described.The development prospect of the high strength intermediate modulus carbon fiber industry in China is also prospected.
