聚酯装置浆料配制自动控制系统浅析

摘要 研究了聚酯装置浆料配制系统自动控制的方案,主要是实现PTA下料系统、EG注入系统、催化剂注入系统、酯化液位控制及消光剂注入系统全自动运行,按照生产负荷所需要的工艺参数进行自动调节,从而达到浆料配制稳定运行、酯化参数稳定的目的。酯化反应稳定后,后续的缩聚系统会更加稳定,同时自动控制的运行能够更加精确地使用原辅材料,从而达到节能降耗的目的。 The automatic control scheme of the slurry preparation system in the polyester plant was studied,mainly to achieve full automatic operation of the PTA feeding system,EG injection system,catalyst injec-tion system,esterification liquid level control,and extinction agent injection system,and to automatically adjust according to the process parameters required by the production load,in order to achieve stable opera-tion of slurry preparation and esterification parameters.After the esterification reaction is stable,the subse-quent polycondensation system will be more stable.At the same time,the operation of automatic control can use raw and auxiliary materials more accurately,thereby achieving the goal of energy conservation and con-sumption reduction.
