聚丙烯纤维对市政污泥固化体强度的影响

摘要 为实现污泥固化体的再利用,以生石灰、水泥、黏土及聚丙烯纤维为补强材料,将其应用于市政污泥的固化,重点研究了聚丙烯纤维对污泥固化体强度的影响。试验结果表明:提升聚丙烯纤维含量,污泥固化体的直剪强度发生一定程度的上升,纤维添加量越多,直剪强度的提升效果越明显;添加聚丙烯纤维与否对污泥固化体的前期抗压能力影响有限,而养护14 d后,提高纤维含量,污泥固化体的抗压能力显著提升;添加聚丙烯纤维的污泥固化体的无侧限抗压破坏以剪切破坏为主。 In order to achieve the reuse of solidified sludge,quicklime,cement,clay and polypropylene fiber were used as reinforcement materials to study the solidification of municipal sludge,the strengthening ef-fect of polypropylene fiber on the strength of solidified sludge was explored.The results show that the shear strength of sludge solidification body increases to a certain extent with the increase of polypropylene fiber content,and the higher the fiber content,the greater the impact.The enhancement effect of fiber content on the early compressive strength of sludge solidification body is not significant,but it increases significantly with the increase of fiber content after 14 days,and the unconfined compressive failure of polypropylene fi-ber reinforced solidified sludge is mainly shear failure.
