新工科背景下外语类虚拟教研室建设研究

摘要 新工科背景下外语类虚拟教研室是信息时代新型基层教学组织,探索新工科背景下外语类虚拟教研室建设,有助于提升工科院校外语教学质量和教学研究水平,更好地适应信息化时代和高等教育高质量发展对外语教学的新要求。面向G16联盟的全国部分以工为主地方应用型本科院校外语类虚拟教研室建设,以立德树人、资源协作共享、多元发展和“智能+”技术赋能为基本原则,打造数字化为支撑的网络化新型校本课程教研形态、协同构建“外语+应用型工程人才”培养模式、共建共享外语类校本课程、建立教师发展成长规划的建设内涵、基于TCSCOG运行模式提出“3+2+1”的外语类虚拟教研室建设机制与运行模式、评价标准。实践证明,面向G16联盟的外语类虚拟教研室运行效果良好,可以为面向工科专业的外语类虚拟教研室建设提供有益借鉴。 The virtual teaching and research center of foreign languages in the context of new Engineering is a new fundamental educational institution.Exploring the development of virtual teaching and research center of foreign languages under the background of new engineering is helpful to improve the quality of foreign languages teaching and research in engineering universities,and better adapt to the new requirements of foreign languages teaching in the information age and high-quality development of higher education.The development of virtual teaching and research center of foreign languages in some local application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities of the G16 Alliance is based on the basic principles of moral cultivation,resource collaboration and sharing,diversified development and“intelligent+”technology empowerment.This paper proposes an innovative teaching and research form of foreign languages school-based courses that adapts to the training of new engineering talents,collaborates to build a training mode of“foreign language+applied engineering talents”,co-develops and shares foreign languages school-based courses,establishes the construction connotation of teacher development and growth plan,and proposes the construction mechanism,operation mode and evaluation criteria of“3+2+1”virtual teaching and research center of foreign languages based on TCSCOG operating mode.The practice has proved that the virtual teaching and research center for foreign languages oriented to G16 Alliance has a good operation effect and can provide valuable enlightenment for the development of virtual teaching and research center of foreign languages oriented to engineering majors.
