运行状态下GIS设备振动特性差异性研究

摘要 机械类缺陷/故障是当前GIS设备最为常见的问题之一,对于此类缺陷目前尚无可用的现场检测装置及机械缺陷评估方法。文中通过现场检测方式,开展了220 kV及550 kV GIS不同气室的振动特征对比分析研究。研究结果表明:三相母线室的振幅最高,可能原因在于三相母线在壳体上产生的磁感应强度更大,壳体的振动幅值更大;同类气室不同测点的幅频特性相关系数均在0.993以上,不同类气室的测量结果相关系数较低,幅频特性及其相关系数可以在一定程度上表征GIS的不同气室振动状态;振幅和相位、检测位置和电压等级之间相关性不强;大多数气室主要频率成分均为100 Hz,避雷器振动的主要频率变为300 Hz,可能与避雷器内部轻微缺陷有关。 At present,mechanical defects/fault are one of the most common problems of GIS equipment.Neither on-site detection devices nor mechanical defect evaluation methods are available for such defects now.In this paper,a comparative analysis of the vibration characteristics of different SF6 gas compartments of 220 kV and 550 kV GIS has been performed by means of testing at site.The research results show that the amplitude of the three-phase bus compartment is the highest,the possible reason is that the magnetic induction intensity of the three-phase bus on the enclosure is larger,which makes the vibration amplitude of the enclosure larger.The correlation coefficients of amplitude-frequency characteristics of different measuring points of similar compartments are all above 0.993,and the correlation coefficients of different types of compartments are relatively low,indicating that the amplitude-frequency characteristics and their correlation coefficients can,to a certain extent,characterize the vibration states of different gas compartments of GIS.The correlation between amplitude and phase,detection position and voltage level is not strong.The main frequency component of most gas compartments is 100 Hz,and the main frequency variation of the arrester vibration is 300 Hz,which may be related to a slight defect inside the surge arrester..
