摘要
针对电流互感器现场拆装更换的停电问题,文中设计了一种新型开合式电流互感器,实现了不停电在线安装。该设计将高导磁性能的硅钢铁芯作为互感器的芯体材料,基本结构则采用了圆形铁芯中空方式。同时利用辅助绕组,基于二次电势的方法对其测量误差进行了补偿。实验测试结果表明,通过补偿可以使开合式电流互感器的比差及角差最大差值仅为0.034%和10.64′,满足0.2级的使用要求,且补偿后的电流互感器稳定性良好,受温度影响较小,能够满足实际工程使用需求。
In order to solve the problem of power failure when the current transformer is disassembled and replaced on site,a new type of open close current transformer is designed in this paper.In this design,the silicon steel core with high magnetic conductivity is used as the core material of the instrument transformer,and the basic structure adopts a hollow round iron core.At the same time,the measurement error is compensated by using the auxiliary winding based on the secondary potential method.The experimental test results show that the maximum difference of the ratio difference and angle difference of the opening and closing current transformer can be only 0.034%and 10.64′through compensation,which meets the use requirements of 0.2 level.The compensated current transformer has good stability,is less affected by temperature,and can meet the actual engineering use requirements.
