成都市耕地生态保护的回顾与启示

Review and Enlightenment on Ecological Protection of Cultivated Land in Chengdu City

成都市在耕地生态保护中一直践行“人与自然的和谐共生”的现代生态保护理念,已建立相对完善的生态保护机制,建立完整的耕地生态调查监测与评价预警体系,倡导提升耕地生态功能的绿色发展理念,建立有效的耕地生态保护补偿制度,构建全社会共同保护机制来实现耕地的生态保护。“和谐共生现代化”生态理念指导下的成都市耕地生态保护,需要继续推进“顺应自然”的和谐发展理念的传播,构筑“和谐共生”的共赢保护路径和整体保护模式来加强耕地生态保护。

Chengdu has always been practicing the modern ecological protection concept of “harmonious coexistence between humans and nature” in the ecological protection of farmland and has established a relatively complete ecological protection mechanism,a complete ecological investigation,monitoring,and evaluation warning system for farmland,an effective compensation system for ecological protection of farmland,has advocated the green development concept of improving the ecological function of farmland,and constructed a common protection mechanism for the whole society to achieve ecological protection of farmland.Guided by the ecological concept of “harmonious coexistence and modernization”,the ecological protection of cultivated land in Chengdu needs us to continue the promotion of the dissemination of the concept of “conforming to nature”and harmonious development,and build a win-win protection path and overall protection model of “harmonious coexistence” to strengthen the ecological protection of cultivated land.
