摘要
通过调查问卷收集了大众对职业培训师多种能力的认知,应用ISM模型基本理论确定出影响因素,分析出影响因素的相互关联关系,并构建出数学模型,分析得出能胜任职业培训师工作的关键能力、次关键能力、一般能力、次要能力,并构建出可测量、可量化职业培训师胜任能力的评价体系.
This study collected public perceptions of the various abilities of vocational trainers through a survey questionnaire,applied the basic theory of the ISM model to determine the influencing factors,analyzed the interrelationships among them,and constructed a mathematical model to analyze the key,secondary,general,and secondary abilities required to be a competent professional trainer.A measurable and quantifiable evaluation system for the competence of vocational trainers was also constructed.
