摘要
当前,以科技创新为核心,以信息化、智能化为特征的“新质生产力”成为推动中国高质量发展的重要着力点。作为科研工作者应努力将“新质生产力”这一具有时代意义的理论革命在科技届率先落实,而新质科研是“新质生产力”的重要基础和核心内涵,主要内容包括:一、以临床需求为导向的科学研究;二、为创新提供思路和价值的基础研究;三、创新实用的传统工艺改良;四、借鉴医工融合实现颠覆性创新突破;五、满足国家重大战略需求的创新成果;六、为国家科学经济发展作出贡献的创新产品;七、打破科研禁忌、攻克学术难题的创新方法;八、为科学研究带来历史性变革的创新理论;九、开辟国内外同行认可的创新领域或标准;十、在跨学科跨领域交叉融合中的创新发展。开展新质科研是我们在学术和职业道路上永葆“日新月异”的核心,广大骨科同仁应积极投身推动中国原始创新的洪流当中,形成新质科研力量不懈探索、砥砺前行。
At present,the"new quality productivity"with scientific and technological innovation as the core and characterized by information and intelligence has become an important focus for promoting Chi-na's high-quality development.As a scientific researcher,we should strive to take the lead in the implementa-tion of the theoretical revolution of"new quality productivity",which has the significance of the times.The new quality research is an important basis and core connotation of"new quality productivity".The main con-tents include:1,Clinical demand-oriented scientific research;2.Basic research that provides ideas and value for innovation;3,Innovative and practical traditional process improvement;4.Learn from the integration of medical industry to achieve subversive innovation breakthroughs;5.Innovative achievements that meet the major strategic needs of the country;6.Innovative products that contribute to the development of the national scientific economy;7.Innovative methods to break research taboos and overcome academic problems;8.In-novative theories that have brought historic changes to scientific research;9.Develop innovative fields or standards recognized by domestic and foreign peers;10.Innovative development in cross-disciplinary and cross-field integration.To carry out new quality scientific research is the core of our academic and profession-al road to keep"changing",and the majority of orthopaedic colleagues should actively participate in promot-ing the flood of China's original innovation,forming a new quality scientific research force to make unremit-ting exploration and forge ahead.
