基于改进灰狼算法的海岛微电网优化调度

摘要 为提高海岛微电网运行的经济性,以海岛微电网运行总成本为目标函数,并考虑海水淡化带来的收益,建立海岛微电网优化调度模型。利用Tent混沌映射、非线性调整收敛因子和柯西变异等三种策略对灰狼优化算法进行改进,采用改进灰狼优化算法对海岛微电网优化模型进行求解。结果表明,在调度周期内考虑海水淡化负荷的海岛微电网的运行总成本为3 086.03元,相比后者不考虑海水淡化负荷的海岛微电网运行总成本降低538.32元,经济性提高14.85%,验证了所提模型的正确性和优越性。 To improve the econmic efficiency of the operation of island microgrid,an optimization scheduling model for island microgrids was established to improve the economic efficiency of island microgrid operation,with the total operating cost of the island microgrid as the objective function and considering the benefits brought by seawater desalination.The grey wolf optimization(GWO)algorithm was improved using three strategies:Tent chaotic mapping,nonlinear adjustment of convergence factor,and Cauchy mutation.The improved grey wolf optimization(IGWO)algorithm was used to solve the optimization model of the island microgrid.The results show that the total operating cost of the island microgrid considering seawater desalination load during the scheduling cycle is 3086.03 yuan(RMB),compared with the latter,the total operating cost of the island microgrid without considering seawater desalination load is reduced by 538.32 yuan(RMB),and the economic efficiency is improved by 14.85%,thus verifying the correctness and superiority of the proposed model.
