地铁维保施工全流程数字化管控的探索与实践

摘要 对地铁维保施工生产业务与适用于全流程生产业务管理的数字化平台的规划建设进行探索与研究。全面梳理了地铁维保施工生成业务,并针对性地进行了数字化管理平台的设计与开发。所开发的地铁维保施工全流程数字化管控平台在某地铁维保公司进行了实际应用,提高了地铁维保生产效率与全流程管控效率。所述数字化管控平台的规划建设方案可为业内施工管理相关数字化平台建设提供参考。 The planning and construction of a digital platform for subway maintenance and construction production business were explored and studied,as well as for the corresponding full process production business management.The business generated by subway maintenance and construction was comprehensively reviewed.The design and development of a digital management platform were specifically elaborated.The developed digital management and control platform for the entire process of subway maintenance construction has been applied in a certain subway maintenance company,improving the production efficiency and overall process control efficiency of subway maintenance.The planning and construction plan of the digital management and control platform can provide reference for the construction of digital platforms related to construction management in the subway industry.
