数据挖掘作为一种从大规模数据集中提取有用信息的技术,已经在各个领域得到广泛应用。概率论与数理统计作为数据挖掘的基础,提供了一系列强大的工具和方法,用于分析和解释数据中的模式和关联。同时,探讨了概率论与数理统计在数据挖掘中的结合应用,分析了多个领域的具体应用案例,并结合智能家居系统、社交网络和医疗领域的实际案例,展示了二者融合的巨大潜力和价值。期望可以为研究者以及从业人员提供了一套合理可行的方法论。
Data mining,as a technology to extract useful information from large-scale data sets,has been widely used in various fields.As the foundation of data mining,probability theory and mathematical statistics provide a range of powerful tools and methods for analyzing and interpreting patterns and associations in data.This paper dis⁃cusses the combined application of probability theory and mathematical statistics in data mining,analyzes specific ap⁃plication cases in many fields,and combines the actual cases of the smart home system,the social network and the medical field to demonstrate the great potential and value of the integration of the two,so as to provide a reasonable and feasible methodology for researchers and practitioners.
