钻孔灌注桩智能化施工管控技术应用研究

摘要 钻孔灌注桩具有承载力高、实用性强、强度刚度大等优点,但作为典型的隐蔽工程,存在管控内容繁多、修复难度大、质量监测难等问题。通过对钻孔灌注桩施工关键工序进行梳理分析,确定开孔孔位、桩径、垂直度、孔深、沉渣厚度、泥浆比重等作为重点管控内容,提出了适用于钻孔灌注桩施工中的智能化管控技术,以期为钻孔灌注桩施工提供新的管控方式与研究方向。 The drilled grouting pile has advantages such as high bearing capacity,strong practicality and high strength and stiffness,but as a typical concealed project,it has problems such as numerous control content,difficult repair and difficult quality monitoring.This paper sorts out and analyzes the key processes of drilled grouting pile construction,determines key control content such as the hole position,pile diameter,verticality,hole depth,sedi⁃ment thickness and mud density of holes,and proposes intelligent control technology suitable for drilled grouting pile construction,in order to provide new control methods and research directions for drilled grouting pile con⁃struction.
