当前我国正处于社会转型时期,需要传承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化、坚定文化自信。中国传统义利观中的以义为先、以义谋利、义中取利、义利合一等论述,对于我国当今社会发展有着重要的现实价值,主要体现在:坚守以义为先,避免人际交往的失信化、利己化和功利化,是构建和谐人际关系的基础;信守义中谋利,既是企业和个人发展的前提,也有利于个人道德素质的提升和企业软实力的增强,推进社会的持续发展;遵循义中取利,能帮助人们树立合理的财富观;坚持义利合一,公利即为义,也就是在个人利益与集体利益发生矛盾时,以集体利益为首,促进健康群己观的形成。
