儒家修身思想在当代大学生理想人格塑造中的价值探析

An Analysis on the Value of Confucian Self-Cultivation Thought in Shaping the Ideal Personality of Contemporary College Students

儒家修身思想作为儒家思想的核心部分,内涵丰富,影响深远,在今天依然具有十分重要的现实意义。塑造符合时代要求的理想人格是促进当代大学生成长成才的应有之义。儒家修身思想中蕴含的“内圣外王”的修身目标、“德才兼备”的修身内容、行之有效修身方法,对于大学生理想人格的塑造具有重要的借鉴意义。文章通过对儒家修身思想的价值目标、修身内容、修身方法的阐述梳理,在把握当代大学生理想人格时代蕴涵和对儒家修身思想批判继承的基础上,从目标参考、内容依托、方法借鉴三个层面,阐述儒家修身思想对于当代大学生理想人格塑造的价值意蕴,为儒家修身思想的传承和创新性发展、创造性转化,为当代大学生理想人格塑造提供有益参考。

As the core part of Confucianism,Confucian self-cultivation is rich in connotation and far-reaching in influence,which is still of great practical significance today.Shaping the ideal personality in line with the requirements of the times is the proper meaning of promoting the growth of contemporary college students.The goal of"inner sanctification and outer king",the content of"both virtue and ability"and the effective method of self-cultivation contained in the Confucian thought of self-cultivation have important reference significance for the shaping of the ideal personality of college students.Through the elaboration of the value objective,content and method of Confucian self-cultivation thought,and on the basis of grasping the era of contemporary college students'ideal personality and criticizing and inheriting Confucian self-cultivation thought,this paper expounds the value implication of Confucian self-cultivation thought for shaping contemporary college students'ideal personality from three aspects:target reference,content support and method reference,for the inheritance and innovative development of Confucian self-cultivation thought,creative transformation,and contemporary college students'ideal personality shaping.
