“天民”季子的习得之道与教育启迪

摘要 近年来,关于常州人文始祖季子的文化研究在研究季子成就和贡献方面取得了系统性丰硕的成果,但是季子的“天民”思想和人格是如何习得的?这是一个值得思考和研究的问题。该文试图从季子人生行为出发,反向推演其内在人格特征及其习得之道,结合春秋时代历史背景,推演出季子接受不同教育的可能性和学习的系统模型,并给出一个有血有肉的“天民”季子人格特征画像。从当下教育破解社会普遍焦虑的角度,发现“天民”季子的习得之道对教育目的、学习目的、教育路径、教育评价、教育之根和“如境”教育观等方面有着深刻的启迪意义,季子文化在教育领域的时代影响值得进一步思考、研究与借鉴。 In recent years,cultural research on the founder of Changzhou's humanities,Jizi,has achieved systematic and fruitful results in studying how Jizi was outstanding and great.However,how was this outstanding and great learned?This is a question worth considering and researching.This article attempts to start from Jizi's life behavior,reverse deduce the internal personality traits and their acquisition methods,combine with the historical background of the Spring and Autumn period,deduce the possibility of Jizi receiving different education and the systematic model of learning,and provide a vivid and vivid portrayal of Jizi's personality traits as a"Heavenly People".From the perspective of how education can solve the common anxiety in today's society,the acquisition of"Tianmin"Jizi has profound enlightening significance for educational purposes,learning objectives,educational paths,educational evaluation,educational roots,and the"Rujing"educational concept.The influence of Jizi culture in the field of education is worthy of further reflection,research,and reference.
