文化润疆的本质是用中华文化涵养浸润新疆各族群众的心灵,真正做到以文化人、以文润心,使新疆各族群众始终坚守中华文化立场,传承中华文化基因。新疆地区的红色文化在多民族文化的滋养下更加突出地域特色。该文在阐述文化润疆视域下创新性传承新疆红色文化时代价值的基础上,提出了加大红色物质文化保护确保新疆红色文化有迹可循、讲述红色文化故事让新疆红色文化有感可悟、拓展红色文化教育形式让新疆红色文化有理可思、推进数字化建设让新疆文化有路可走等传承与发展新疆红色文化的路径,全面深入挖掘、阐释新疆红色文化资源的丰富内涵和重要价值,以期以红色文化培根铸魂,巩固各族人民团结,凝聚各族人民价值共识,着力推进文化润疆工程走深走实。

The essence of cultural nourishment in Xinjiang is to use Chinese culture to nourish and infiltrate the hearts of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang,truly achieving the goal of nurturing people with culture and nourishing the hearts with culture,so that people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang always adhere to the position of Chinese culture and inherit the genes of Chinese culture.The red culture in Xinjiang is more prominent in regional characteristics,nurtured by multi-ethnic cultures.On the basis of elaborating on the innovative inheritance of the era value of Xinjiang's red culture from the perspective of cultural nourishment in Xinjiang,this article proposes to increase the protection of red material culture to ensure that Xinjiang's red culture can be traced,tell red culture stories to make Xinjiang's red culture feel and understand,expand the forms of red culture education to make Xinjiang's red culture reasonable and thoughtful,promote digital construction to make Xinjiang's culture have a way to go,and other paths for inheriting and developing Xinjiang's red culture.It comprehensively and deeply explores and explains the rich connotations and important values of Xinjiang's red culture resources,in order to cultivate the soul with red culture,consolidate the unity of people of all ethnic groups,gather consensus on the values of people of all ethnic groups,and focus on promoting the cultural nourishment project in Xinjiang to deepen and implement.
