开原市文化产业高质量发展探讨——基于瑞金市文化产业发展经验

Exploration of High Quality Development of Cultural Industry in Kaiyuan City—Based on the Experience of Cultural Industry Development in Ruijin City

文化发展进步是彰显一个国家和民族进步发展的重要维度,加强文化建设对于满足人民美好生活需要、增强中华民族凝聚力、夯实文化强国建设基础具有重要而深远的意义。2022年8月,中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发了《“十四五”文化发展规划》,对推动文化产业高质量发展进行了全面部署。文化产业的高质量发展不仅关系到地区经济和社会发展的可持续性,也关系社会民生和人民幸福。开原市素有“辽北古城”之称,历史、人文等文化资源较为丰富,该文基于瑞金市文化产业发展经验,探寻开原市文化产业高质量发展的有效路径,以期对铁岭地区文化产业发展起到积极的促进作用。

Cultural development and progress are important dimensions that demonstrate the progress and development of a country and nation.Strengthening cultural construction is of great and far-reaching significance in meeting the needs of the people for a better life,enhancing the cohesion of the Chinese nation,and consolidating the foundation of building a cultural power.In August 2022,the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued 14th Five Year Plan for Cultural Development,which comprehensively deployed the promotion of high-quality development of the cultural industry.The high-quality development of the cultural industry is not only related to the sustainability of regional economic and social development,but also to social livelihood and people's happiness.Kaiyuan City is known as the"ancient city of northern Liaoning",with rich historical,cultural and other cultural resources.Based on the experience of cultural industry development in Ruijin City,this article explores an effective path for the high-quality development of Kaiyuan's cultural industry,with the aim of playing a positive role in promoting the development of cultural industry in the Tieling area.
